When I started to breed the Bees, I had only three beehives. Since that very moment I have thought it was better to do that in the best of ways. By respecting the Bees, the Environment and the Quality of the products.
I have always taken with me these principles. I think I am a craftsman, even today that my little farm has become wider. This year both the “Osservatorio Nazionale della Produzione e del Mercato del Miele“ (The National Observatory for the Production and the Market of Honey) as the “Slow Food“ have appreciate the job of my friends, the Bees, so much that they gave me the award “Tre Gocce d’Oro“ (Three Golden Drops) as the best Honeydew Honey of Italy.
I have believed that it was possible to go farther the High Quality. After that I had produced the Honeydew Honey during the month of August, I have decided to proceed till advanced autumn to produce the “Melata Autunnale“ (Autumn Honeydew). So, after a very hard work, my friends the Bees and I have created "Unum".
All the honey produced has been put into vases in a sole size of 380 gr, as soon it was seasoned, and every single vase takes its own serial number.
