"La Goccia di Sole" breeds its own Bees in respect of the regulation of production of Biological, Reg. EC n. 834/07 ( ex 2092/91 ). Our products are attested by the Istituto per la Certificazione Etica ed Ambientale (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification). Our operator code is IT ICA T 1049. The choise to breed by Biological method means to choose some grazing lands that are in uncontaminated areas as the forests of Acacia (Black Locust) and Wild Chestnut – trees. To produce in Biological conditions means likewise to supply neither chemical pharmacon to the bees, nor to stimulate the production by supplying artificial feeding. To grant the respect of all the prescriptions our bee-hives are subjects to continuous and strict supervisions and analysis.
Furtherly, to grant the quality of our honey we have chosen to respect even the regulation of production “Sapore di Campania” (Taste of Campania) of the Campania district.
