Sight
The look is liquid. It almost never crystallizes. Its colour changes from the dark amber to the black pitch.
Smell
The smell of the Honeydew Honey is of medium intensity, herbaceous, caramel, malt.
Flavour
Its flavour is sweet, but not too much. It has a saline share cropping, just noticeable.
Touch
When the Honeydew Honey slides in your hands, you feel a sensation of high viscosity, almost sticky.
Hearing
You need to hasten, very fast, to recover the last stocks, when you are about at the end of the season. You are about winter time. The Bees buzzing is very strong, but it is restrained, mature, busy.
